What's on the sheet
- The faan table: all 32 hands and bonuses Mahjong House scores, grouped as on the scoring guide, with Chinese names, Jyutping and faan. Limit hands are marked.
- The basics: tiles in hand, what makes a win, pong, kong and chow in a line each, and which claim wins when two players want the same tile.
- The payout grid: the unit for 3 to 10 faan under half-spicy (半辣上) and spicy (辣辣上), and what a self-draw, 全銃 and 半銃 pay. The payout table explains it in full.
- Seats and winds: the four winds in turn order, with each seat's flower and season.
Printing tips

- If the tile pictures don't print, turn on Background graphics in your browser's print settings.
- To make a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer, or download a ready-made PDF above.
- Copies are free to share with friends, clubs and classes. Please keep the footer line, so others can find the full guides.
Your table's house rules
The sheet follows Mahjong House's standard rules: a 3-faan minimum, a 10-faan cap, half-spicy payouts and 全銃, where the discarder pays alone. Real tables vary, so agree your house rules (枱例) first. The rules list the common variations, and the faan calculator adds up a hand for you.
